EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT

 

  • • Must be a college graduate of a 4-year course
  • • Female
  • • Freshgraduates will be considered
  • • Knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • • Proficiency in oral and written English language
  • • Orderly, systematic and fast learner;
  • • Can work immediately

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • • Provides administrative and secretarial support in undertaking and managing business   operations   with the President/CEO, CEO – MAA International. 
  • • Closely coordinates with all Department Heads and monitor the requirements of the Office of the   President
  • • Conducts business requirements of the Executive Office with various clients to establish a good   business relationship for the continuous growth and development of the Company.
  • • Responsible for all incoming and outgoing communications for the Executive Office
  • • Can compose business correspondences for the Executive Office
  • • Responsible for the Minutes of the Meeting of the Board, Management Committee, Executive   Committee

 

Reports To:     President/CEO; CEO – MAA International  

 

 

ACCOUNTING CLERK

ACCOUNTING & FINANCE 

 

  • • BS Accountancy graduate
  • • Preferably female
  • • Fresh graduates will be considered
  • • Knowledge of MS Office – Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • • Proficiency in oral and written English language
  • • Orderly, systematic and fast learner;
  • • Can work long hours and with minimal supervision
  • • Can work immediately

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • • Entries for Request of Payment
  • • Preparation of checks – General Expenses
  • • Preparation of commission chits and requests for payment – commissions
  • • Filing of check vouchers
  • • Advises the Immediate Superior of any incident or any pertinent information needed thatmay occur   for effective and proper communication. Initially seeks advice in undertaking any   appropriate action.   Responsible for any action taken without proper authority.
  • • Provides assistance and/or undertakes other assignments or special projects that maybeassigned   from time to time.

RECOVERY SUPPORT STAFF

CLAIMS DEPT.

 

  • • Must be a college graduate of a 4-year course
  • • Of good moral character
  • • Customer service oriented; good negotiation skills
  • • Knowledge of MS software – Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • • Proficiency in oral and written English language
  • • Knowledge of Metro Manila area
  • • Willing to do fieldwork
  • • Preferably Male

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • • Reviews claims documents;
  • • Evaluates claims (canvasses the parts/negotiates repair);
  • • Rush/monitor check preparation – if check is required upon release of dealer or if cash settlement   is needed by the claimant;
  • • Entertains phone inquiries and makes follow-up claims inquiries;
  • • Visits Dealers
  • • Recommends evaluation beyond authority
  • • Undertakes other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time
