YEO TOOK KEAT
He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of MAA General Assurance Philippines. He joined MAA in 1986 and has held several positions, the last of which was as Senior Vice President – Finance & Admin before his transfer to MAAH in May 2002 as the Group Chief Operating Officer.
Mr Yeo is a Fellow of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, United Kingdom and a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. He is also an Executive Committee member of the Federation of Public Listed Companies Berhad and has contributed to the Working Groups on accounting standards led by the Malaysian Accounting Standards Board.
Presently, Mr Yeo holds several directorships in other public companies, namely, MAA, MAA Bancwell Trustee Berhad and MAAKL Mutual Bhd. He also serves on the Boards of several private limited companies in the MAAH Group.
DANIEL C. GO
He is the President and Chief Executive Officer of MAA General Assurance Philippines, Inc. He is concurrently the Director of MAA Mutualife Philippines, Inc., Chairman of the Board of the MAA Privilege Dollar Fixed Income Fund, Inc. and MAA Privilege Peso Fixed Income Fund, Inc. He joined MAA General Assurance Philippines, Inc. in 2001.
Prior to joining MAA, Mr. Go held various positions at Prudential Guarantee & Assurance, Inc., the last being Vice President for Marketing. He is Ex-Officio and Past President of the Association of Insurance Claims and a Member of the Philippine Insurers’ Club.
RAMON GABRIEL GARCIA, JR.
Director of MAA General Assurance Philippines, Inc. He is concurrently the Chairman of DFNN Philippines, Inc., Global City Innovative College, Diversified Special Economic Zone, Diversified Technology Systems, Inc.. RICHARD A.H. GOH
Director of MAA General Assurance Phils., He is also the current Chie-Executive-Officer of MAA International. Mr. Goh served as Vice-President for Operations at MAA International in 2006 after serving the same position at MAA Assurance for three years. He also served on the following companies: Malaysia British Assurance, Public Assurance Pte. Ltd., Bretnall Bersama Insurance Brokers; Bretnall International Underwriting and Asia Insurance.
