The following are the members of the Board of Directors of MAA MutuaLife:

Y.M. Tunku Dato' Ya'acob bin Tunku Abdullah - Tunku Dato' Ya'acob bin Tunku Abdullah is  Director of MAA MutuaLife.  He is concurrently the Chief Executive Officer of MAA Holdings Berhad, a company listed on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (KLSE), and Chairman and Managing Director of Malaysian Assurance Alliance Berhad, as well as Chairman of MAA General Assurance Philippines, Inc. Tunku Ya'acob joined MAA in 1987 as Chief General Manager.  Tunku Ya'acob is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (England & Wales), and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. He is also a Certified Financial Planner. Tunku Ya'acob holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons), Economics and Accounting from City University, London. He is a former Chairman of the National Insurance Association of Malaysia (NIAM), the President of the Financial Planning Association of Malaysia (FPAM), and is the Vice President of the Federation of Public Listed Companies (FPLC).  Tunku Dato' Ya'acob is a Malaysian citizen.  He is 43 years old.

James Beltran – Mr. Beltran is the Chairman of MAA MutuaLife.  Mr. Beltran is concurrently Chief Executive Officer of MAA International Investments Ltd. and Chief Executive Officer and Director of MAA International Assurance Ltd.  He joined MAA in 2002.  Mr. Beltran is also a Director of Koch Asia, Eversendai Philippines, Inc., IFS Worldwide Group of Malaysia, Diversified Financial News Network, and a Partner at Ravi Beltran and Co.. He is a Founding Member of the Financial Planners Association of Malaysia. Mr. Beltran is a holder of a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of London, a Certificate of Legal Practice from the University of Malaysia and a Certified Financial Planner Certificate from the United States of America. Mr. Beltran is a Malaysian citizen. He is 38 years old.

Mark Anthony Eruthianathan – Mr. Eruthianathan is Director of MAA MutuaLife Philippines, Inc. and concurrently International Division Chief – Life & Asset Management for MAA International Investments Ltd of Malaysia. He joined MAA MutuaLife Phils., Inc. in 2004. Prior to joining MAA MutuaLife, he was Assistant Vice President / Head of Sales and Marketing for Marsh Insurance Brokers (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd after having left Bradstock Aurora Insurance Brokers, Inc. (Philippines), secondment from Bradstock Malaysia, as Assistant General Manager. Mr. Eruthianathan is a graduate of Malaysian State University – Northern University of Malaysia with a degree in Business Administration major in Marketing. Mr. Eruthianathan is a Malaysian citizen. He is 36 years old.

Yuen Po Seng – Mr. Yuen is Director of MAA MutuaLife Philippines, Inc. Mr. Yuen joined MAA in 2005. He is concurrently President/ CEO of Prime Orion Philippines, Inc., which is part of the group of the following companies: Pepsi-Cola Products Philippines, Inc., Tutuban Properties, Inc., First Lepanto Taisho Insurance Corporation, Cyber Bay Corporation and Lepanto Ceramics, Inc. Before joining Prime Orion, he served as Group Financial Controller of Hong Leong Credit Bhd and Hong Leong Properties Bhd, a Malaysian banking and real estate conglomerate and also has experience in the sugar milling and semiconductor industries.

 Mr. Yuen is a Chartered Accountant graduate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, United Kingdom. He is a Malaysian citizen.  He is 48 years of age. (Independent Director)
